Hard Chrome Plating & Grinding

　　The hard chrome plated metal rolls are much more anticorrosive due to the even, compressing and good adhesive surface. A thickness up to 0.2mm of chrome plating may allow the rolls to be reground for many times - that means longer service life and more cost effective.

　　As may be required in some applications, the metal rolls are hot ground under specified temperatures in accordance with the actual operating conditions in order to increase the accuracy of the rolls. Mirror polishing is also available in our shop- the metal rolls can be polished to quality Grade N1.
